The service you are using is provided by Versation. Versation provides web-based content and interactive applications for partner educational programs. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for our applications on those partner program web sites.

Our registration forms require users to give contact and demographic information, which is used by our partners to send information about their programs by both email and postal mail. Registrants may at any time opt-out of receiving information as explained in the choice/opt-out section below.

Our applications may include publicly accessed areas. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. Any submissions to Public Areas will be public, and Versation will not be responsible for the action of other Users with respect to any information or materials posted in Public Areas.

Users are given the opportunity to decline and/or opt-out of receiving promotional/marketing information by clicking the link at the bottom of emails or changing information at the MyProfile area of the application.

Some types of users need a password not only to sign on to the Site, but also to change preferences (delete, edit or add submitted information, opt in or out of promotions and newsletters, etc.). Each User is responsible for keeping his or her password secret. If someone gains unauthorized access to your account, change your password and notify Versation immediately. Versation is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these recommendations.
