"I was in Monterey in 2006. It was an unforgettable memory for me. I got a lot from MIIS. First of all, I learned how to study a foreign language. I also made many friends who are from many different countries. My goal was to communicate with other country's people in English. My problem was a fear of English, but as I studied at MIIS, my fear left and my English became better and better. Then I could chat with my foreign friends in English without difficulties. The most important thing that I liked at MIIS was the teachers! They always think about how to teach us in an easier way. They were all really talented and caring teachers. That's why I could quickly learn English. I really appreciated that. If I had a chance to do it again, I would go back to Monterey, and enjoy the life at leisure at MIIS. "
