Intensive English Programs (ESL)

"The EPTI program at MIIS offered students from different countries exciting opportunities in English language learning and preparatory skills for Translation and Interpretation study. Here, English learning was fast, challenging and fun. Each week the teachers helped us to rapidly develop our English writing, reading, vocabulary, listening, speaking and grammar. Teachers and students also got together outside of class to use English in non-class room settings, including the field trips to the local court and winery. Moreover, the practice of public speech, panel discussion, debate, basic training of interpretation and translation prepared me very well for my study later. Thanks to the EPTI program, I passed the Advanced Entry Exam at MIIS and shortened my two-year MA degree program into one year.
